# How do you download documents?
## Admin's guide to downloading documents from the library
An employee handbook is something that you almost always have to reference when you hire someone new. Why waste time flipping through pages or searching for the handbook in the computer? You can easily access your handbook and other documents by downloading them from the documents library!
To download library documents, you must have admin access.
1\. Login to Done Desk
2\. Go to "Library Documents"
3\. Find the document you would like to download
4\. Choose "Download" from the drop down menu on the right
