How do you delete document types?

Learn how to delete your practice-specific document types in this article

The Account Owner and Admins can delete practice-specific document types provided that there is not a document associated with the type. Document Types on the preset list CANNOT be deleted.

  1. Login to the Done Desk
  2. Go to “Employees”
  3. Click “Document Types”
  4. Find the document type
  5. Click the red trash can under “Actions”
  6. Confirm
