# How do you add a library document?
## Learn how to add your own practice management documents to Done Desk for quick access
Practice-specific management documents can be added to the Library Documents and shared across multiple locations by the Account Owner or Admin.
1. Log in to Done Desk
2. Go to “Library Documents”
3. Click “+New Library Document”
4. Data enter the information and upload the document
5. Save it
