The Tasks Dashboard shows an overview of on-time completed and overdue tasks over the past 7 days. Plus, view tasks that are coming due soon within the next 7 days!
My Practice Tasks
My Practice Tasks will give you a full, detailed report of what's going on amongst your whole team — practice-wide. Sort by overdue, due soon, and upcoming tasks to keep tabs on employee productivity and what is getting Done.
Building A New Task
Just like Done Desk Courses — you can instantly import and assign templated Done Desk Tasks from the Task Library, or create your own custom tasks! Check out the Done Desk Task Library to get ideas on what your team needs to get Done to stay in compliance. Grab tasks right off the shelf and assign them to employees instantly!
Building A New Task Track
Task Tracks — just like Done Desk Course Tracks — are a sequence of Tasks grouped together to accomplish a larger goal in small, bite-sized pieces. You can add new Tasks straight into Tracks when you're creating a Task or head to Task Tracks to build, assign, or access pre-made Tracks to import into your account!
Tasks within a Track will be ordered from "due soonest" to "due latest."

My Tasks
Just like your "My Courses" tab — My Tasks will be your access point to complete the tasks that belong to you!
Click the Task title to view PDFs, instructional videos, more details, and other helpful notes admins may have added to help you get your tasks Done.
