How do you view a library document?

Learn how to view documents from our Documents Library or your own!

Done Desk offers over 300 documents in the "Library Documents” section and can only be viewed by the Account Owner and Admins with the steps below.  

1. Login to Done Desk
2. Go to the “Library Documents”
3. Locate the document
4. Click the menu under “Actions”
5. Select “Download”
