How do you take a course as an employee?

An employee's guide to taking courses

You're in Done Desk and are ready for the next step!  Maybe it's almost time for you to do your annual OSHA training!  You can take these courses in Done Desk and all of our courses are designed to be taken over your lunch break.

Here's how to do it!

  1.  Once you create your account password and employee record, your administrator or account owner can assign you the courses.  Please note that courses will not appear instantaneously after you create your account.
  2. After your courses have been assigned, go to "Assignments" in Done Desk and click "Take Course" next to the course you've been assigned.
  3. Watch or read the material and get ready for the quiz at the end!
  4. Take your quiz.
  5. Your certificate will be generated after successful completion of the quiz and can be downloaded from your Dashboard if needed.

Want to review the material again?  

Go back to "Assignments" and just click "View Material"!  

You'll be taken back to the material, but won't have the quiz at the end.
