A guide for users to reset their password
We've all been there and have been locked out of our accounts when we need them most. If that's your case, resetting your password takes no time at all!
1. Go to the login page
2. Click "Forgot Password?"
3. Put in your email address and wait for the email to reset your password.
4. If the email isn't received, employees can contact an admin.
Admins, if an employee needs to reset their password and hasn't received the email, follow these steps:
1. Login to Done Desk
2. Go to "Employees"
3. Locate the employee
4. Click on the employee's name
5. Scroll down to see "Password Reset URL"
6. Copy the link and paste it into an email to send your employee.
Everyone's good to go!
