Learn how to resend an employee invitation if it gets lost or accidentally deleted!
If an employee does not receive their invitation, the Account Owner and Admins can use one of the methods below to resend the invitation.
Method 1
- Login to the Done Desk
- Go to “Employees”
- Click “Employee Records”
- Click “Resend Invite” next to the employee’s name
Method 2 (Best used if an employee has not received their invitation email)
- Login to the Done Desk
- Go to “Employees”
- Click “Employee Records”
- Click “Show link”
- Copy the link
- Paste into an email or Intercom
