An employee's guide to knowing what documents to upload
You log in to Done Desk for the first time and WOAH! That's a long list of documents that I need. Believe it or not, not all of those documents are required. Some of them may be required for other members of the practice or are highly encouraged to have on hand.
How do I know which documents I need? EASY! All of the documents that are required for you will have a flag next to them. All of the other documents are highly encouraged to have on hand if they apply to you. Another way to tell is that the light gray document types are the ones that are not required for you and the dark gray are ones that are required.
