How do you download a certificate?

An employee's guide to downloading certificates for completed courses

You've just completed your first course in Done Desk and need to download your certificate!  Downloading certificates is quick and easy and are generated automatically.  After you complete the course, go to your Dashboard and scroll to the bottom.  Find the course you just took and click the green download button on the right.  Your certificate will pop open in a new tab for you to view, print, or save.
