Admin guide to downloading employee documents
If you've ever needed to submit a copy of your CE Training Records, then you know that it can be a scramble to find all of the documentation for all of your classes. Done Desk makes it easy to download the CE Training Records and other employee documents that you've uploaded.
To download employee documents, you must have admin access.
1. Login to Done Desk
2. Go to "Employee Records"
3. Locate the employee that you would like to download > click their name
4. Scroll down to the "Documents" section on their page > find document you're wanting
5. Hit the settings wheel on the far right > "Download"
