How do you delete a PTO entry?

If a PTO is not taken, it can be deleted from Done Desk by the Account Owner or Admins to keep time sheets accurate.

  1. Login to Done Desk
  2. Go to “PTO Entries”
  3. Set the appropriate time frame
  4. Locate the PTO entry
  5. Click the menu under “Actions”
  6. Choose “Delete”
  7. Confirm
