How do you delete an employee invite?

Old invitations may need to be deleted in Done Desk if the employee no longer works at the practice.  The Account Owner and Admins can delete old invitations quickly.

  1. Login to Done Desk
  2. Go to “Employees”
  3. Click “Employee Records”
  4. Click “Delete” next to the employee’s invite

Please note that you cannot delete an employee record.  Anyone with an employee record must be terminated within Done Desk.
