How do you deactivate and reactivate a course?

Learn how to deactivate and reactivate courses to remove duplicates or expired courses

If a course is not needed in the practice, it can be deactivated and later reactivated by the Account Owner and Admins.  

Deactivating

  1. Login to Done Desk
  2. Go to “Training”
  3. Click “Courses”
  4. Find the course
  5. Click the menu under “Actions”
  6. Click “Deactivate”

Reactivating

  1. Login to Done Desk
  2. Go to “Training”
  3. Click “Courses”
  4. Switch to the “Deactivated” tab
  5. Find the course
  6. Click the menu under “Actions”
  7. Click “Reactivate”
