How do you create test questions?

Once a course is created, create test questions to ensure everyone is thoroughly trained.

1. Login to Done Desk
2. Go to “Training”
3. Click “Courses”
4. Click on the course title
5. Select “+New Question”
6. Type in the question and answer choices
7. Add additional answer choices by clicking “+Add Another Answer”
8. Click the button next to the correct answer
9. Save
