How do you download a timesheet?

If time sheets need to be submitted to payroll, they can be downloaded from Done Desk via CSV by the Account Owner or Admin(s) with these steps.

  1. Login to Done Desk
  2. Go to “Employees”
  3. Click “Time Sheets”
  4. Set the appropriate time frame
  5. Click “Download CSV”
    NOTE: If any employees show “Missing Entries”, their time sheets will not show up on the CSV.
