A guide on how to take courses
Just get logged in for the first time and eager to get started? We're so excited to have you! Let's make sure that you get in to compliance and take your courses!
To take your courses, your admin has to assign you courses first! Once they do that, taking courses is simple.
1. Log in to Done Desk
2. Go to "Assignments"
(If you don't see anything here, it's because your administrator hasn't assigned any courses yet!)
3. Click "Take Course"
4. Watch/read the material
5. Take the quiz at the end to receive your certificate!
