The flagged items are documents either you or your employer need to upload into Done Desk.
- Click + New Document
- Select the document type you wish to upload
- Type in a short summary of the document (ex: 2022 CE Course)
- Choose the file to upload
- Enter in expiration date IF the document has an expiration (ex: Licensing, CPR, etc).
- Click Save
- Done!
Note: You can upload documents into Done Desk but you will not be able to review the documents.
Ask your employer for access to these files via an employee records request.
Assigned Courses
Click on the left menu item "Assignments"
- Here you will see the courses you need to take, and the courses you have already completed.
You can always come back and review any completed courses
Some courses will expire and require you to re-take/re-test. (ex: OSHA is annually required)
- Your employer may produce and upload custom courses. You will receive notifications of new assignments via email so keep an eye out!
Taking Courses
From the Assignments page, Click "Take Course"
- Courses are provided in three formats: Video, Word Documents, PDFs.
Once you have reviewed the course you may be asked to take a quiz
- Complete the quiz. Done!
Done Desk provides you with a completion certificate that will be stored in Done Desk for future reference.
You may also want to download the certificate and then upload it into your employee files.
